There are a few options.

1st if you have Adobe you maybe able to just type in the plate number.

2 the customer can log in to mass.gov/rmv and print it for free from there.

3. We can contact the RMV. That will then open a case with the RMV and they will email over a plate. The 3rd option can take 2-4 hrs for a response from the RMV
