Customer needs to obtain MA plates for a vehicle they currently own that is registered in another state. 

MUST HAVE AN ORIGINAL TITLE TO PROCESS IN EVR.

Treat this like the customer selling the vehicle from the other state to themselves in MA. They would use the date of purchase from the front of the title. A guess of what they paid and what was paid for taxes.

The state of Purchase would be the state they are moving from. 

They system should not generate tax as long as the vehicle was purchased more than 6 months in the past. 

They would need an MVU-29 and are tax exempt Tax paid to another state. 

Documents needed to upload would include RTA, Title, Drivers License, OLD registration, MVU-29
