Special Agent -> SPR workflow

Workflow for exporting a quote from Special Agent back to SinglePoint Rating


Instructions

1. From within Special Agent, have the agent open the policy DEC page.
2. At the top of the page, there will be "Export" listed on the light blue line.
   
   
   
   Select "Export to Rating"
    
3. Another box will show up showing the compatible presets.  Typically there is just one available for Auto, one for Home.
   
   
   
   Click Export.   
   
   Don't see any listed exports?  Click here for setup instructions.
   
    
4. If everything has been configured correctly, a new tab will open up in the default browser on that workstations.  If a SinglePoint session is already in progress, the tab will automatically begin to load the quote.  If not, the user will be prompted to sign in, after which importation will begin.
