How to Add a Carrier in SinglePoint

 

When an agent needs to add a carrier to their SinglePoint, they can reach out to us through our Live Chat, email us at [email protected] or call us at our main Phone# 781-449-8585 and Press “2” for the Billing Dept.

Boston Software will need to know what carrier is being added, and if the request is for SinglePoint Auto and/or Home rating. An estimate will be created and emailed to the payable contact at the agency.  Once paid, the carrier will be added to the agent’s SinglePoint subscription.

If an E-Stamp corresponds to the added carrier, Boston Software will activate the stamp.  If an email authorization is required to activate the stamp, the stamp will be added upon written notice from the carrier.
