How to solve an Authentication Error with Quincy Mutual

If your Password needs to be updated with Quincy Mutual, you will receive an Authentication Error in SinglePoint.  You have 5 attempts to re-rate before you will be locked out of Quincy Mutual rating in their site and in SinglePoint. To avoid the lock-out and resolve this, the first step is to update your password in the Quincy Mutual site. The carrier site will also remind you to update this password in your comparative raters. 

 

Once your password is updated in Quincy’s site, you should update this in SinglePoint next. Find your name in the upper right corner of SinglePoint, then select SinglePoint Settings > Carrier & Third Party Credentials and re-key the password into the password field and hit save.  If all of this has been done and an Authentication Error still appears, agents are asked to get help from their agency administrator or the Quincy Mutual IT Help Desk.
