Plymouth Rock Authentication Errors

 

If you’re new to Plymouth Rock (within the last two weeks) or have been using it without problems but are now getting an authentication error when trying to get a rate, here’s what you can do.

 

  1. Check Your Credentials
    First, make sure your Plymouth Rock credentials are correct. [Click here for help on how to do that.]
     

  2. Verify Login
    If you can log into the Plymouth Rock agent portal with the same credentials you've entered into SinglePoint Carrier Credentials, but still see the authentication error, you’ll need to contact Plymouth Rock tech support.
     

  3. What Plymouth Rock Tech Support Will Do
    When you call, ask them to:
     

    • Confirm your Plymouth Rock credentials are correct

    • Verify you have permission to write the line of business you’re trying to rate

    • Most importantly, have them verify that you’ve been "enabled" to rate each line of business for SinglePoint Rating. This is the cause of 95% of authentication errors.
