The following error means there is an issue with the Travelers Producer code, and will need to be resolved.

You can do this by logging into the Travelers agent portal <--- Click on link and then finding the "Producer" code you need to be using.

You can also call Travelers to find out which code should be used.

Per Travelers - agents may see either the error noted above or …
• “Incomplete agent derivation”
• “Invalid agent code”

All valid agency codes should start with a ‘0' not a 'O'. May also be because the code has been changed/shut off by Travelers and the SP Mgr didn’t update the code in SP.

Message is due to an invalid Agency code. Other factors are involved, so this situation is not easily resolved with a message update.
