SinglePoint does not have the ability to cancel license plates. There is no way for us to un cancel a plate. Below is information that maybe helpful.

Plate must have been cancelled less than 30 days to be uncancelled. 

Agent Must complete the form found on the RMV website. https://www.mass.gov/doc/evr-plate-cancellation-error-correction/download

Agent Must email the RMV the completed document subject of email must read Plate Cancelled in error.

THIS IS ONLY TO BE USED IF THE ABOVE APPLIES. If this does not fit in those parameters you cannot uncanceled the plates. The customer will need an RTA and to go to an RMV service center for new plates.
